Journey Jake is a brand new storyline puzzle game from Tricky Tribe – the creators of Tinker Island, published by Kongregate! Meet Jake – an office jockey turned reporter of a world-famous outdoors magazine: Meander Magazine, headed by Jake's boss Sarah, the magazine editor! His old office job was boring – becoming a journalist changed his life. He has done some traveling in the past, but this year's June's journey is turning out to be his best yet! Travel, sightseeing, investigation, rebuilding, designing, decorating and crafting is part of his everyday now! Jake is eager to explore new areas, find new adventures, meet new people, uncover secrets, find missing objects and maybe... find love? But hiking and traveling won’t be easy – who said that the work of a journalist is for everyone? While going through different sceneries, Jake needs to help people fix, craft, evolve, merge, rebuild, design and demolish objects they come across, like tower, bridge, plants and many others! Let's not forget: experienced reporters should have good gear, like a helmet, warm coat, nice shoes and necessary tools. Anything for a good story!

Jake will meet many obstacles, but he’s not alone. Sarah, his magazine editor, will always be in touch. You can choose different options how to talk to her, be either an obedient and diligent schoolboy or a danger-loving rowdy, it is up to you. It’s your story. Be ready to go deep into the canyon, through a thick forest, or even climb to the top of the mountain. Make your editor proud of you! Make beautiful photos for your magazine and try to get a good salary!

Being a reporter is all about solving puzzles. You can play in hundreds of beautiful levels in “match 3” style, upgrading different tiles like cute animals, plants, crops and objects. Upgrade and merge tiles three or four times, dropping on them double, triple, or even quadruple tiles! Use powerful special boosters to help you out when you are in a tight spot. You can also spawn boosters by playing smart and making different combos! Sometimes levels are unusual with additional conditions, timed levels or levels with unlimited amount of tiles! This puzzle game will get you addicted and keep you on your toes for years!
